Little John
Dollhouses don’t usually come with all the appliances of home, so creating a realistic environment takes some extra creativity and imagination. For a fully complete powder room, look no further than this project!
The Steps!
This one is all about upcycling, so check around your home for items that fit the bill. You will need a small tub for the bowl base and an elliptical bottle for the back. The lid comes from a piece of cardboard. You’ll also need a large nail, scissors, craft glue, and a big rubber band. The finishing touches are a piece of rug fabric and some creamy paint, so pull out your paintbrush and here we go!
Cut a cardboard lid to fit the top of the small tub. Cut a piece of rug fabric the same size. Secure the small tub to the bottle with a rubber band.
Paint the bottles and cardboard lid generously until you have an opaque effect. Let dry. Then, poke the large nail into the side of a bottle for a flush handle.
Glue rug fabric to lid. POOF! Dollhouse washroom complete!
